The coolant level is good the blower only works on the high setting medium and low dont work

Its a blower motor resistor that typically causes that problem. I work for a Dodge dealer.

The part number is 68029175AA. List price is $16.45 and it takes about a half hour to install.

you need a blower motor resistor on it that's what keeps the motor from burning up on it they mount usually on the heater box or right above it in under the hood,at a parts store the part will cost you about 20 bucks,and they only take a few minutes to install,then you,ll have all the speeds back for the heater that's a common part for dodges though and every few years you can expect to replace it,good luck on it.

Yea man, it's the resistor and it's located under the hvac unit next to the blower motor . I believe it's held in by two screws.

Low coolant levels can cause this...check them. If it started out gradual- sometimes working and sometimes not then I'd say its definitely the coolant.
