Run it under warm water or pour some warm water in a cup and put the bottle in it. Just let it sit in the warm water for about 5-10 minutes until it takes he chill off. Heating it in a pan could get it too hot for your baby (and like you said, possibly melt the rubber).

EDIT: No no no...don't warm it in the microwave! Microwaves can create hot spots and burn your baby's mouth!!

NEVER put baby formula in the microwave it can not only create hot spots but, it kills nutrients that your baby needs.. Formula can be given to a baby luke warm or even cold.. Just run the bottle under hot water to take the chill off.. Or heat some water on the stove and put the bottle in there a minute or two.. If you want it to body temp.

Ist Boil the water on the stove and then turn it off and then put the Bottle in the pan for a few and let the milk warm up.

You can't microwave the bottle. It reduces the amount of vitamins in the formula and the bottle itself is harmful. You can either buy a bottle warmer or put the bottle in a bowl of hot water.

If you have a water purifier you can put warm water straight into the bottle. I know you can give babies cold or luke warm bottles, but do you like your food that way? A nice warm bottle is soo soothing to the tummy
