Yes its possible despite how much someone has hurt you, you had love for this person before the hate came. It's hard to just stop loving someone. But you also have to realize that your better off as friends in situations like that.

Such ambivalent feelings are common. But definitely it means you actually love him.But the same cannot be said of him.But such love/hate relationships are fragile and can snap off anytime.Try to take him outa yer mind.Develop interest in some one else.I know telling is easy, but thats the only option left.Life is beautiful, dont waste it brooding over someone who does not deserve it.Your Ex-hubby is actually a fool to have lost some one like you.Changeover, and start enjoying life.Take care of your loved ones.Time heals.

I think it's one of those "I miss the old days."
Why did u break up?
It must feel so awful when u see someone u were with for a long time.
Bu the relationship can't have been perfect....so why out yourself in that position again?
In time this feeling should go away, as soon as u r occupied by someone new that is.
And if it doesn't....then he's probably the one for u.
But remember, u did break up before so do u want to be back in that position?
Good luck

It does make sense. We tend to hurt the ones that we love the most. I suggest you two talking it through properly and make a promise/pact kinda thing everytime you argue either one goes out the room and calm down or somthing like that you know?

hope this helps in some way!

You can love someone and be in so much pain that you hate the fact you still love him (or her).

A healthy relationship takes a strong heart and brain. You can feel the deepest love for someone, but if they don't appreciate themselves, you, or both, it's not a relationship. It's hell on Earth.

Your brain has to take over and carry the burden until the heart heals; freeing you to find someone that returns your love and thusly deserves your affection.

I know exactly how you feel.I divorced my EX after 23 years of marriage.Drugs came into our lives,I will not stay with a druggie. Now every time he comes around I seem to become unfocused. That's when I have to remind myself of all the bull.Just sit down and remind yourself of the pain. Then try to stay away...Have a great Thanksgiving...

Yeah, it's called Passion! Why do you think they call some crimes a "Crime of Passion"? You can love a person so much til it hurts and it's one of those things you have to be careful with because it can be borderline obsession. That's when it get's dangerous.

I understand completely. I HATE how much I love my ex bf...it's killing me right now too. It's totally normal and you'll know what to do in the end...it will come to you.
