Everyone knows we all have parents, please don't say he's so great he made himself, that's a cop out, I feel that this question has not been answered and religious people should not stop and believe this they should look into it more.

Here is an answer in Quran for you. Surah Al-Ikhlas #112.
1 Say: He is Allah, the One and Only;
2 Allah, the Eternal, Absolute;
3 He begetteth not, nor is He begotten;
4 And there is none like unto Him.
Which Means:
God himself is the beginning and the end. He always was and always will be. He is NOT BORN from any one and NO ONE IS BORN FROM HIM. There is no one Like Him.
