Yes, Acts tells us that as many as 500 people saw the risen Lord. There were many miracles such as resurrections from the grave and other miraculous occurences.

Thousands saw the resurrected Christ during His visit to the Americas. He and angels had ministered to them and their little children, and taught many of His Gospel truths on several occasions.
