Did anyone other than the disciples and close friends and family of Jesus (such as his mother and Mary Magdalene) see him after his resurrection?

That is recorded in the book of John, chapter 20. Jesus appeared to the disciples more than once, and was seen by about 500 people altogether before His ascension.

Yes, Acts tells us that as many as 500 people saw the risen Lord. There were many miracles such as resurrections from the grave and other miraculous occurences.

Thousands saw the resurrected Christ during His visit to the Americas. He and angels had ministered to them and their little children, and taught many of His Gospel truths on several occasions.
Read 3 Nephi 11 in the Book of Mormon. It will stir your senses.

Yes. over five hundred people. St. Paul writes in 1 Cor. 15:
3 For I handed on to you as of first importance what I also received: that Christ died for our sins in accordance with the scriptures;
4 that he was buried; that he was raised on the third day in accordance with the scriptures;
5 that he appeared to Cephas, then to the Twelve.
6 After that, he appeared to more than five hundred brothers at once, most of whom are still living, though some have fallen asleep.
7 After that he appeared to James, then to all the apostles.
8 Last of all, as to one born abnormally, he appeared to me.
