Go for a quiet walk and think things through. Clear your mind of everything and just look around you at the rest of the world and its problems.

The best coping device that works best for me personally is taking your free time and doing something positive with it, that will help someone else whether its at a soup kitchen or an animal sanctuary. The fulfillment gained from this really turns your outlook around and helps you clear your head and figure out how to get through the tough times, or not find the tough times as tough as you did before.

You don't. You just let life kick you in the balls wake up the next day and continue with this BS. no matter what happens your eyes will still open in the morning, you will keep breathing and if you want to eat and sleep under a roof you have to work. So if everything is falling apart, you let it, then you pick up the pieces and start again. Remember even when the game says game over, you can always start again.

I'm sure the is a away to sort out what ever it is that has gone wrong.

If you let me know what went wrong I will give you more advice.

Good luck

Laugh because laughter is a great medicine. When I have those days where it is just one crummy thing after another the only thing I can do is laugh and tell myself it could be worse. I recently had some financial troubles like that and couldn't stop giggling with my sister that I would be eating Ramen noodles for months. If you let it get you down, it will.

I seem to be at my best when all is going wrong and my back is against the wall - its a buzz afterwards when you realise you have managed to turn it around.

My late mother in law used to say it is what it is. I try to fix what went wrong, learn from it (because there is always a lesson) and move on.
