Would you like to know what your Lord Jesus Christ says in his Holy Bible about being born again? The Gospel of John, Chapter 3, verses 3, 5, and 7 say: Jesus answered and said to him, "Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the Kingdom of God." Verse 5: Jesus answered, "Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the Kingdom of God." He is saying if you are not born again you cannot see or enter the Kingdom of God! Verse 7: "Do not marvel that I said to you, "You must be born again." Would you like to be born again just as your Lord Jesus Christ commands in his Holy Bible? All you have to do is invite Jesus into your heart and life to be born again. You can pray the following prayer: "Lord Jesus, forgive me of my sins, forgive me for leaving you out of my life, I open the door of my heart and I ask you to co me into me. Lord Jesus, thank you for being Lord of my life and saving me!"

Being "born again" refers to baptism. One key Scripture reference to being "born again" or "regenerated" is John 3:5, where Jesus says, "Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God."

This verse is so important that those who say baptism is just a symbol must deny that Jesus here refers to baptism. "Born again" Christians claim the "water" is the preached word of God.

But the early Christians uniformly identified this verse with baptism. Water baptism is the way, they said, that we are born again and receive new life—a fact that is supported elsewhere in Scripture (Rom. 6:3–4; Col. 2:12–13; Titus 3:5).

from the Catechism Of The Catholic Church:

CCC 1263 - By Baptism all sins are forgiven, original sin and all personal sins, as well as all punishment for sin.66 In those who have been reborn nothing remains that would impede their entry into the Kingdom of God, neither Adam's sin, nor personal sin, nor the consequences of sin, the gravest of which is separation from God.
CCC 1265
Baptism not only purifies from all sins, but also makes the neophyte "a new creature," an adopted son of God, who has become a "partaker of the divine nature,"69 member of Christ and co-heir with him, and a temple of the Holy Spirit.

In Islam there is no born again.Hindus believe in born again.I thinkJesus spoke in thje Bible humans will be born again means in line with Qur'an that after this universe collapsed or kiamat,God will awaken all the dead humans on resurrection day. They will be waken up like be born again.God will conduct the final and fair judgement to them. They will be shown their records during their lives on this earth which have been recorded by angels.Humans who have a strong faith to God and have more good doings will go to heaven and they will be given rewards. But humans who have no faith to God and have more bad doings they will be brought to hell and be punished. Those were spoken by Allah the only one God in the holy Qur'an for the people who believe it.Holy Qur'an is the last life guide which replaced Bible given by God through Muhammad pbuh prophet as the last prophet.

Yes, all Catholics are "born again" in the biblical sense of the statement but not necessarily in the man-made definition used by some non-Catholic Christians.
