That's a HUGE turkey!
You should cook it for about 25 minutes per pound at 325 degrees F. That means a total of twelve and a half hours! Start early! Also, don't forget to baste every 2 hours. Might i suggest next time you just make two smaller turkeys... one can be baking while the other is being served, that way you have less room for error or an undercooked bird.
Also, if you are stuffing the bird you should expect it to take even longer. Undercooked stuffing is bad and often has uncooked juices from the turkey. If you find the turkey is browning too quickly but isn't done cooking, cover the top with a double layer of foil.

At 350 degrees you would cook an thawed/fresh unstuffed 30lb turkey 4-1/2 to 5 hours and a stuffed turkey 5-1/2 to 6-1/4 hours. To keep the breast from drying out cook breast side down and covered until the last 15-20 minutes then flip over and remove the cover to brown.
The turkey is done when the thigh meat reaches an internal temperature of 180 degrees F, and when the breast meat reaches an internal temperature of 170 degrees F.
If your turkey has been stuffed, it is important to check the temperature of the dressing; it should be 165 degrees F (75 degrees C).
When the turkey is done, remove from the oven and allow to stand for 20-30 minutes before carving.

in case you boil it, then positioned ir contained in the oven, you may besides consume your motor vehicle tires. As a chef, that is a few thing i wouldn't in any respect do, not even poaching. not a possibility for an entire turkey. Brining is a thank you to bypass, it imparts a ton of style from the seasonings & spices you upload into it, yet you have got the juiciest turkey, that everyone would be raving approximately. I assure you isn't dissatisfied.

Til your thermometer reads 161 in the thickest part of the breast. May be worth grabbing a digtial you can leave in the bird, with an alarm, they cost around $14- 25 Good luck with that.
