So I have this amazing boyfriend of 10 months, he loves me for everything I am, even the emotional mess I can be at times. He understands me and is there through the bad times. Recently my ex (first love) started calling alot and I stopped answering after the first time but he keeps texting and all saying he loves and misses me and made a mistake. Its annoying because I am so happy with my boyfriend now and after that first relationship ended I never thought Id feel this way again, Why is my annoying ex doing this and how do I stop it/

Well if you don't have the feelings anymore..JUST TELL HIM!
Or he will never know and wont stop bugging you.
If you are truely happy now, then yaa stay with your bf.

Marie sounds like your ex doesn't want you to be happy with your new relationship and is attempting to do everything in his power to destroy this relationship your currently involved in. If he continues to pester and harass you then it may become necessary for you to have a restraining order placed against him so that he cannot legally contact you by any means. Perhaps if you were to tell him that you are considering doing such a thing it may help him to stop trying to contact you. Best of luck.

He see's that you are happy and he remembers how he felt about you and how you felt about him. He is stuck in the past and now that he thinks their could be a chance that he may never get the opportunity with you again he thinks he should jump in there and try to get you back. Ever heard the saying, "you always want what you can't have?" It is true. I suggest letting him know that you are happy and want nothing to do with him.....unless, of course, you still have feelings for him. Then you have a decision to make. Good Luck!

If he's really a stalker, then he's going to keep bothering you no matter what; if he's not, then he's not going to go away until he knows he's gotten your attention. The only way you're going to find out for sure is by confronting him. Tell him one last time that you're happy in your current relationship and that he needs to stop contacting you. If he keeps it up after that, save the messages and go to the police.

Contact your phone provider and ask them what their policy is, they may be able to block his number, or may offer to change your number free of charge and make it x directory. you need to sort this out now, you also need to make your feelings to your ex perfectly clear. If any of the messages are threatening then you should go to the police just so they have a record of what is going on. They may have a quiet word with him that may put him off. Good luck with this.

I've been in this situation before. He would text me saying he loved me, and always has, always will, and if I didn't take him back he would stand on my porch and shoot himself. Don't let him get that far. Tell him to quit, if he doesn't tell you boyfriend and see what he can do, If all else fails change your phone number and everything he knew of you, so he can't find you.

He realizes you've moved on. I would tell him to quit calling and if necessary change your phone number. Tell him its too late to change what has happened between you. And straight up tell him you have no desire to hear from him anymore. If he persists restraining order comes to mind. he needs to get a life for petes sake its been 10 months

I was in a similar situation. The only thing you can do is say that I'm happy now with someone else. I'd appreciate it if you left me alone and find what makes you happy.

youve already done the correct action by not picking up his calls:) next thing, dont answer to his text messages! if it gets too much just change ur number, but id say if u dont replying to his text mesgs he should stop and see tht hes getting nowhere.

I don't know why he is doing what he is doing but you can have your number changed and if he starts popping up at your home or what have you get a restraining order ASAP
