NATURAL ACNE PROTOCOL
1/ Never, ever touch your face.
2/ Use 3 facecloths to wash your face, one to soap on, one to soap off with very hot water, one to rinse off with ice cold water, in that order, once a day.
3/ If you are under 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A once a day with a full meal
4/ If you are over 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A twice a day with a full meal.
Do not get pregnant while taking vitamin A. Do not take any more, like Accutane, it will stop you growing.
5/ Never, ever. pick, squeeze or pop your spot. Read number 1 again.
6/ Do this for 90 days.
7/ Invest in a brand new pillow and 2 new or more pillow cases to double bag' your pillow. HOT wash every couple of days.

A bit of advice given to me as a teenager, a bit of science as I am studying allergic reactions and vitamin A is a part of that. A bit of research: I sat in a lecture at the back and watched the acne prone pick at their faces, those with the worse acne touched their faces 32 times in an hour, the clearest complexions didn't touch their faces even once. I have circumstantial evidence that acne is the result of dermatophyte transfer from hands to face...where it does not get washed off and is well fed by hormones, sweat a
nd oil...just a hypothesis... But it would explain why vitamin A is so effective as vitamin causes skin to remove dermatophytes.
The secret is never to touch the spots
Tips on how to treat acne and achieve perfect clear skin in as little as 7 days?

Not sure if I'd call any of these things 'cures' but they can certainly help.
One thing is an egg yolk mask...sounds icky, but it is very nourishing for your skin and can help with the breakouts.
In most countries, you can access a shop called LUSH. They have fantastic, soothing, gentle cleansers and lotions and masks for your face. They're natural ingredients as well, so not all the loads of harsh chemicals like in most store bought stuff. My favorite 'soap' is Fresh Farmacy...it's been a wonder for my skin which has been horrible since I made the mistake of using Depo Provera. Depending where you are, Lush products can be a little pricey (especially in the US, as they are UK prices converted to dollars), but in my opinion, well worth it!
Also, don't overwork your skin...you could be doing more damage than you think by using this, that, and the other, thinking you're helping when in fact, you're just making things worse. Find one or two products you like that work for you and stick with them...don't overload yourself!
Other than that, drink extra purified water to help flush out toxins.
Deal with your diet, cutting out fatty foods and things which may irritate your skin...for some people, this can include things like citrus fruits.
Go organic as much as you can: the hormones in meats and the chemicals on/in other foods can wreak havoc on your face!

Well first of all let me tell you a little bit about myself. I have suffered from acne for most of my life. I've tried all of the expensive stuff (including ProActice, which gave me zero results.) About 6 months ago I have up on the cheap stuff. I bought a small facial loofah ($1.00 at Wal-Mart) and a bottle of Clean and Clear Foaming Face Wash (lightly medicated version- its a clear bottle and its orange colored.) Its oil free and helps to fight off bacteria. I lather up my face and use the loofah to scrub lightly to get down into the pores. My results have been amazing. My acne is 99% clear on a daily basis. The only other skin care products that I use are clearasil oil absorbing sheets and I always make sure to take my make-up off before going to bed or working out. (I indroduced my sister to my regimine and it worked wonders for her too.)
All together I think Spend maybe 10 bucks at the most on skin care. The loofah is $1, the cleaner is about $3.50, and the oil absorbing sheets are about $3. Skin care does not have to be expensive.
Good luck! :o)

start taking a good mulitple vitamin and load up on the fish oil capsules.
this way takes some time but you will see improvments and its a permanent fix not only to acne, but it helps your body in a lot of other ways.
Also, cut out the sugar. Don't eat any sugar for a week, and you'll see your acne and skin tone start to improve dramatically.
I try not to eat any sugar, I occassionaly will splurge which I can usually get away with, but if I go on vacation and splurge alot, it shows on my face.

My son had great results with a course of tetracycline prescribed by his doctors - less than $5 for the month supply; he discussed it during his physical which had no copay.
He did repeat it about a year later.
Other than that, I find the Walmart brand skin cleanser that is antibiotic to be good;
The best stuff I ever used came from Boots in London, was inexpensive and had both salicylic acid (aspirin) and antibiotic in it.

Avon has a knock off or ProActive that actually works just as well. It's about 1/4 the price of Pro-Active

Use a gentle but slightly rough scrubbing glove (they are in Walmarts cosmetic department) By gently scrubbing your problem areas every time you bathe, you can help correct the problem. The scrubbing will open the tops
Using Hot towels on your face will bring the junk out of the spots. (wet a hand towel wring it out and heat in the microwave for 40 seconds.) Gently lay it on your face , it will be very warm and leave on till cool.) This will thin out any debris in the spots and help it to come out. Then gently put on NEOSPORIN to help heal it.
I did this for my Husband and his mother and eliminated the problem. But it is important to keep scrubbing the problem areas even after they are gone.

Try going to acne.org and trying Dan Kern's Regimen. I bought his cleanser and cream, spent about $30 on it and it has been the only thing that has ever worked for me. I swear by the stuff now.
