It means you don't have a criminal record.

Being bondable means that the insurance company that provides coverage for the company will not cover any acts by you. Often, this is just a matter of age. Kids below a certain age are not bondable for certain jobs.

It means that a bonding agency would be willing to carry a bond to guarantee your behavior. Typically, if you have been pretty honest and don't have any felony convictions or bankruptcy, you'll be bondable.

What is being asked here is essentially whether or not you will pass the background check. If you are free of criminal activity in your past, you will be bonded to the company, so that in the event you steal or commit fraud against them, the company is covered for the losses you have incurred.

bondable proves that you are trustworthy, it is a legal term, like if you fix heating systems, you need to be bonded so that when you go into a person's home, you aren't some criminal coming in to scope out the place so when people hire you, they often look to see if you are "bonded" for safety reasons, I don't know how you do it, but some legal entity should know

It means if something happens to the company or you do something stupid to the company, they're (and its employees), are covered.
