You really have to pay attention to your body. I say that I have an allergy to raw tomatos. My body can't handle the acid in them. I get risens (bumps) on my legs and my face will get a huge pimple. Ketchup gives me bad heart burn...
Not every allergic reaction will cause your throat to swell up and make you go to the emergency room or have you itching all night. Just watch for changes in your body when you eat a certain type of food.

You can test yourself as a rough indicator. A safe way to do this is to use a pin and make 2 tiny scratches on the surface of your skin without cutting deep enough to bleed. Then slice a fresh tomato and drip some juice on one scratch several times over a 5 minute period and then wait about 15 minutes to see if anything happens. Leave the other scratch alone. If you are allergic, the scratch with the tomato juice will get a little puffy and red, in comparison to the other scratch. This will work if you are moderately to highly sensitive to tomatoes, but might not work if tomatoes cause only a mild reaction, so you can still be allergic to tomatoes even if nothing happens with this test.
An allergist performs a similar test using concentrated allergens, which is much more sensitive and very accurate.

It's easy.Get your Blood Test for detecting Allergent. your Report will provide you with List of items which are Allergent for you.
The same thing can be done if you wish to have a Master Check up in good medical center.
You will notice that many of the items are reasons for your allergy, the fact which was unknown to you so far.
Do consult your Physician first whose advice is final. I am sure , he will recommend Blood Test to detect Allergents .Once you come to know the specific items.....food items, maedicines , smels, association , etc. etc. , you will be in good position to get rid of allergy in future.
