we've been dating for a year on and off and now hes got a new girl but me and him talk all the time and we've taked about dating again. he said that i was his true love and that he could never find anyone like me. we were currently engaged and everything. just please halp me i need some advice. thanks. i feel so safe whan im around hima nd i feel like nothing could seperate us. i kept breaking up with him cause i was afraid to get close cause i always wind up getting hurt adnd when i tarted getting close and i just broke it off, what does he think?

i was in the same situation as you with my bf. we had started on and off for almost three years. and i kept breaking up with him because i was scared of getting hurt. the last time i broke up with him was because i had cancer and i just couldn't bear the thought of hurting him. after i dealt with the cancer, he was already dating someone else. but i still had feelings for him. and he came back because he felt the same way. and we're doing better than ever now.
i know how it feels like to think that you can't get close to someone fearing you might lose them. it's like if you never really had it, then even if you lose it, it wouldn't hurt as much. but hun, take it from me. life is too short to dabble on all these questions and insecurities. if you love one another, then be happy together. i think you'll need to learn to not push him away so much. he's been with you all along, so maybe if you quit pushing him away, you could really be happy. it'll take time to adjust, but if you love him and want things to work out in the long run, then trust in him and take the relationship as it is.

You better stop that shyt before you loose him for good. Don't mess up your relationship with a good man because of what some other man has done to you. We all must take risks in our life at some point. Take a leap of faith, this might just be the man of your dreams!

It sounds like he wants you. But do you want him. If you have issues with getting close to someone, then maybe you should talk to someone about it.
