It depends on what the deal is with the guy and the girl and her ex.

Is she friends with the ex and hoping to get him back, is the ex friends with her and hoping to get her back, or are they just friends and that's it.

Boyfriend needs to stop and think about what is going on with the GF. Is he unreasonably jealous or does he have a reason to be jealous. If he is unreasonably jealous, he needs to take a deep breath and step back because the harder he pushes this issue, the sooner she is going to dump him. If he has a reason to be jealous, then she's not serious about him or any relationship just now and he needs to break up with her so he doesn't have to deal with the drama and he is now free to look for someone who wants him.

And you are doing the right thing by not getting involved. Just keep doing what you are doing and let him know that you can't get involved because GF is your sister and if the relationship is causing him stress and not joy, then your sister isn't the girl for him.

Dealing with a sister and a friend, the best thing you can do is stay out of it. If you take sides some one will be made at you.

It so hard to try to make someone understand how much they are harming themselves when they don't see it. You should just stop listening and switch the subject as fast as you can because sometimes people don't see the uncomfortable situation they are putting you through.

I think that you should talk to your sister. And you should also have your friend talk to his girlfriend. And is she talking to her ex because she loves him or shes a whore? Maybe your friend should just walk away if she knows that he dosent want her talking to him or maybe he should tell her how he feels maybe she will understand

If your 'friend' is dating someone and they refuse to talk to an ex, then maybe they need to find a new girlfriend. Its that simple.
