1)Kabbsa. Chicken, sheep, sometimes camel, dates, fruit, vegetables, eggs, cow, water, milk, Arabic coffee, tea, etc.
2)All the houses are made of cement(good thing to otherwise there would be cars in the house). The houses are usually two to four stories tall. Usually the parents, their sons and wives and children all live in the same home. The unmarried daughters also live in their parents home until they get married and then they move into their husband's home. Sometimes the house is around a courtyard outside that is concealed by the house. There is usually a lot of plants and sometimes a pool in the house. There is a separate entrance for the men and a separate entrance for the women.
3)Saudi people are very hospitable. The education and medical bills/hospitals are all free. They are paid for by the Government. The schools are segregated by sex and women can not drive in Saudi Arabia. The country is a monarchy(meaning the king rules the country). There is no voting. The restaurants are also segregated into family sections. No religions other then Islam are allowed to be practiced in Saudi Arabia. Men and women do not mix with each other outside the home and women do not speak to strange men. Women have drivers and sometimes the family will have servants from Indonesia and the Phillipines. The servants are paid but their passports are taken away so they don't steal anything. There are Mosques on every corner of the streets. There is a lot of traffic on the roads and you have to be careful when walking otherwise you could get run over and killed as the men drive like morons and do stunts with their cars. Everyone starts school @ 6 and ends school @ 18. Unless the girls get married and then they sometimes drop out of school because they don't want to get married anymore. Most girls get married around 15 years old. Men get married in their 20s. Resturants are seperated into single men and family sections. Single women need to go sit in the family section and there is a screen around the tables so the women can take off their Niqab(face veil) when eating. Malls, zoos and amusement parks have different hours for familes. Malls have seperate days for women and sperate days for men.

we eat basically the same stuff as anyone else.. We eat steaks and mashed potatoes like the average American would.. but a lot of rice with roasted chicken and or lamb/beef also.. But not so much different.. we eat salads etc.. My fridge has a few pepsi in it.. a carton of milk.. cheese, fresh produce (lettuce, tomatoes etc) some tobasco sauce, eggs, some cream cheese, a left over piece of birthday cake, a bottle of pace picante sauce.. hmm and other junk..
our homes are western style.. we have normal kitchens, with fridge, stove, oven, cabinets, dishwasher(if you choose) microwave, toaster, etc..
my home is new, just built this year.. we use cement cause of our weather, wood homes would disinigrate easily.. Cement lasts longer in the heat and humidity of our weather. But all the trimmings are western style.. couches, Tv's, VCR/DVD players up front, hmm? a couple of computers, etc in the living room
Basically I think life in most countries are about the same, we just want to go to work, make a living, come home, and enjoy our family.. Maybe our culture is a drop different, language etc, but we all want the same things..
