That spirituality is a personal thing. when I talk about spirituality I refer to the Buddhist concepts and precepts. Living a spiritual life is not about pleasing some deity or winning some prize in the afterlife, it is about living right now, in this present moment, fully awake, totally responsible for my own behaviors, and showing compassion for my fellow man so we all may one day wake up.

Most, mind you I did say most, really do not believe the way they say they believe.For those that are true to their game, there is no issue because the spirit does not exsist.

Most Atheists do not feel any need to teach others anything if they haven't asked for information. Atheists don't attempt to convert people, they only wish to be left alone and not bothered by non-atheists.

I think that everybody can learn from Buddhist spiritualism and philosophy, so I'd probably start explaining some of that.

That spirituality is not about hate and damning people to hell because it "says so" in a book. It's not about judging your fellow (wo)man, it's about *respecting* your fellow (wo)man, the earth, and all other inhabitants.
Spirituality is about loving one another, seeking peace within and without, and having the best intentions for all sentient beings.

I suppose, it's that you don't need religion or belief in the supernatural to be spiritual. It's an attitude more than anything else.
