I am not sure what you mean by "photoelectric material. Are you talking photoemissive or photoconductive? Many of those materials are deposited thin layers (lead sulfide, cadmium sulfide, germanium/copper) on a glass or quartz substrate. If you push any thing into them their base will shatter or their little electrodes will be knocked off.

Somebody used an online translator and got nonsense for their money. IMHO, that is the only thing that happened here.
