My neck feels tight. Around the adams apple..?

It doesn't hurt if i swallow, but it just feels night around the Adams apple and its really annoying...

There could be a number of possibilities for this such as with the thyroid but the only way to find out for sure is to see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think could be going on.
