1. To get paid without doing any work.
2. To throw out the hardworking, dedicated & honest officials from job, so that they can worsen & corrupt the condition of the Army even more.
3.To get medals for wasting their time in such useless activities ( some martyrs are even forgotten today)
4.To gain false glory & fame.
5. Afraid to fight against injustice & not bothered about others.(lack of brotherhood)

Because it wouldn't be politically correct. When a wife falsely accuses her husband of beating her she is rarely if ever punished. When a woman falsely accuses her husband of sexually abusing their children to gain custody or to get increased alimony payments the judge generally gives her what she wants even though he knows the allegations to be false. When a prostitute falsely accuses an innocent man of rape in order to get her punishment reduced she is rewarded for it.
Anybody who stands up and demands that women be held accountable for their false charges is labeled a "sexist" and is ignored.
