You mean you want to amend a previous amendment to the Constitution and remove the Establishment clause? You want an established religion in the USA with all other religions illegal. Which religion will you establish? Southern Baptist? Episcopalian? Catholic? If you are going to outlaw the teaching of evolution, you should outlaw the teaching of germ theory of disease transmission. That is completely against what it says in the Bible. You should, in fact, outlaw all science and mathematics as every single scientific discipline disagrees with something in the Bible. The Founding Fathers of the USA had the right idea with the First Amendment. Throwing that out will make the USA the laughing stock of the world and propel you even faster to third world status.

Are you trying to sound stupid? Really, I want to know--are you TRYING to sound stupid? White collar crime is ALREADY OUTLAWED! Otherwise, it would not be "crime".

And just WHAT is a "congressional amendment", in any case?

Are you intending to sound as stupid as you sound?
