Each immigration field office has a specific process for reporting suspected illegal alien activity. You should first decide where the suspected illegal alien activity or illegal alien is located. The offices have areas of jurisdiction that are generally determined by state boundaries. The three immigration related agencies -- U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and U.S. Customs and Border Protection -- have web sites where you can find immigration information. They are: uscis.gov, ice.gov, and cbp.gov. All three are accessible from the Department of Homeland Security web site -- dhs.gov.

That is a really good question and every politician should give an answer. We have laws, but they are not enforced, we get more laws, and they won't be enforced. Nobody wants to get his/her hand to dirty, because illegals have legal relatives and that's potential voters. There lies the problem. If you are a good, vigilant citizen and report one to the police, they most likely find an excuse to not act and put you on a watch list. Next time you drive 40 in a 25 mile zone your get a free pass for a night in jail.

completely legitimate. save looking, so lots extra obtainable. no longer even the libs are going to maintain all of those data quiet. there are a number of disconcerting data related to those fires. some with reference to the reaction and a few related to illegals. I have been given a reliable snicker at bill O'Reilly's internet site interpreting approximately the way it relatively is all area of the Reconquista...he's somewhat extreme yet, makes one ask your self although. The campfires, if publicly desperate the reason, weren't intentional...yet that's no longer the factor. it relatively is no longer the 1st time campfires led to complications in CA. i individually think of you will on no account get that one important apology you're heavily owed nevertheless. it relatively is too in denial, eating it relatively is Starbucks with illegals. large submit! BTW: The FEMA convention grow to be a pretend.

Are you talking about the UK ? if so forget it . This Government don't give a **** .

If you are a illegal in the UK what happens is the police and the immigration officers don't do anything . The reason for this is because the illegals start to scream THIS IS MY RIGHT TO BE IN THIS COUNTRY and then you get all the do gooders sticking their beaks in .

I'am afraid when it comes to foreign policy's in the UK you may as well just forget about it .

At the moment we've got a very corrupt government who are not one bit bothered about the UK or the British people .

ICE is the correct reporting agency as the other posters told you.

As for the others telling you to "mind your own business", etc...you are correct in reporting illegal aliens. It's EVERY American's patriotic duty to report criminals. 20-30 million Illegal aliens in our country IS our business.

You CANNOT be "sued" for reporting criminal activity unless it is INTENTIONALLY filing a false report. You cannot be "sued" for reporting ANY crime if you "happen to be wrong". If you have strong reason to believe someone is an illegal alien, or has committed any other crime, whether they told you they are, or you came across any other type of evidence suggesting they are, it IS your patriotic duty to report them. It IS your business, and mine as well. If you see someone breaking into your neighbors car, should you "mind your own business", or should you report the crime?? Common sense stuff people....

REPORT THEM.

Lots of criminals are "decent hard working people with families". The prisons are FULL of them!! It's your duty to report illegal aliens and any other crime you know about. Do your part to make our nation better!!

They are breaking our laws and we need to report them.

This is a good question, I suspect I know some illegal immigrants and I will get them checked out

How do you know for sure that they are illegal? You cannot just look at someone and say he/she is illegal because he/she looks Mexican or any other "look". You can get sued if you happen to be wrong.
Just mind your own business and let the government do its job.

Just take them to the nearest police station. Immediately. They cannot be in the country without entering legally with a passport.
