Don't listen to the others. You have done very well. Your models make-up is flawless and her pose is very flattering and accentuates the models pretty large eyes. I don't mind the make-up or the clothes and accessories.
Photography is very subjective so I don't think you can expect everyone to like it but I do. I think the portrait is interesting and striking.
Perhaps the lighting could have been one directional and softer to give mood and an air of mystery.

Pretty girl. I'd give this photo 5/10. Only because the shadow against the wall turns what could have been an awesome image into a snapshot.

Once you are using flash ,you must buy Lightsphere to remove the shadows by using Bounce flash, you should take one-third of an image, don't take a girl near to the right side of a photo's edge.Rate 0/10 score.

Some odd painting/touchup on the hair (stripes) and eyelashes, very distracting. If you were going to photoshop one thing, it probably should have been the braces. Still, though, the girl has nice skin, and her face is the only really interesting thing going on in this picture. I'd crop out everything else and make it a head shot.

the girl is beautiful but your asking about the actual picture not the model.
The actual picture is well, there really isn't any i don't see really any creativity either then the models hair and again were just taking it back to the model.
So photography wise?
probably on the lower scale.
Try doing something more orginal, and if you just want to rate on how you look then go to the beauty section.

The makeup is perfect, but the picture is blah. I give it a 4 too. The necklace and outfit clash imo.
