Why do Atheists go off on the Christians, but they don't bother the Muslims much.?

God told us Christians that we would have people who would hate us, and do anything to stop us believing what we do. Athiests are in fact Gods words in action, though they don't want to believe that!

My question might probable be: Are the scriptures from the previous testement of the bible consisting of Adam and Eve, are considered as an emblem or is it considered as an unquestionably happening contained in the olden days? @ Amir: Why won't adult men conceal up too? which incorporates their mouths and purely permit their eyes to be shown? women folk could additionally think of of grimy strategies whilst they see the curves of the adult men (*e.g. calvin klein fashions). Only kidding, I don't really think that.
Most theists on here are xtain. Of course atheists will argue against the most common religion as they see it.
Also, most atheists on here are westerners, who are exposed most often in real life to xtianity. I haven't had people knocking on my door on saturday morn trying to tell me about mohammed's good word, or the power of allah.
Most ex-theist atheists are ex-christians.
Maybe it says something for Islam when there's a lot of ex-xtian atheists, but not many ex-muslim atheist. Or maybe all the ex-muslim atheists are dead. (Just kidding, again)

I tend to use the word 'religionist' unless asking a specific question or a specific religion.

I've only ever usually gotten 2 or three answers from Muslims or Christians on any question.

I think you will find that people generally respond to that which attacks them. This is mostly (by population) a US Christian and US Atheist Answers section, with a few of us weirdies from Europe once in awhile, and a handful of Muslims and Hindus, pagans and wiccans, etc.

Wrong impression. The conflict between muslims and atheists is probably the most fierce and intense conflict between any two groups. Each stands for more or less everything the other DOESN'T!

The Danish cartoons and "Submission" are just the start.

some muslim said if an atheist read the quran he would see that its from god and become a muslim well i read it and im still an atheist

Two words, Car Bomb. that is what prevents CNN, ABC, CBS, NPR, all of them from doing their work. You will not find one case of a Christian Group using a car bomb, a suicide bomber or any other from of force against anyone for simply telling the truth. The funny thing is, when the Christians are pushed out, and Islam becomes dominant, these same groups will be the first to go.

If they did then we would run out of Atheists due to the fact the typical Muslim response to ridicule or questions on their religious ideals is to put a bounty on the offender, or blow themselves up as well. It is more out of self preservation than anything else.

Firstly each to their own, most muslims don't shove their faith down someone's throat as much as the large number of xtian missionaries do, but to be honest where i live everyone's after the muslims to convert etc, probably because they're easier to spot and probably pick on xtians online as they know someone's going to stand up and make a lot of noise about it regardless of whether they do or don't know their own faith.

No offense to anyone here obviously just my personal view on things.
