60 feet? ,.....That is pretty big,,,even for another Christian to look at.
I wonder why it is so big and how close is it to your house?
Is this a church? grave site memorial? Is it temporary or permanent? Maybe it is for the Christmas season and it will come down after the holiday.....
Why don't you just nicely go over and talk to them...find out more details. Most people do not put these in their yards or neighborhoods. There also may be neighborhood covenants which restrict what people can do with their yards. For example, in mine, there can be no junk cars or livestock. if they have violated a neighborhood covenant in some way, you could get the county to have them take it down. I have to admit, most covenants do not mention this....
one way or the other, these people seem overenthusiastic....but find out the story behind the cross....and why it is there and why it is so big...take someone with you also, as a witness to the conversation.......if it is coming down after the Christmas holiday, do not worry about it..because it is only for a few weeks.

They'll think your'e a bigoted whiner if you complain.
If you're so offended, take it to the city council and tell them how your rights to not believe in Christianity are being violated.
(hah)
If it's more than 60 feet away from your property, there's no chance it can fall into your property. Put up a big sign on a pole that says "I'm not a Christian!" That way, people will know how you really feel.

How revolting, you could put a 60ft gnome in your yard or what about putting a giant Buddha,or a bronze sculpture of the Flying Spaghetti Monster...won't this sort of thing affect the property values in your street?

What do you care if there is a tall cricifix near your house? Is it in danger of falling on your house or something? Just go about your business and don't worry about it.

They could just have it up for Christmas, let them have their freedom as long as it dose not brake the laws of the city you live in.
