EXACTLY..... People are brainwashed by "religion" . Religion is not a belief in God etc - it is a structured group that shares certain beleifs and sometimes tries to force them on others. The problem is that too many of these "religious groups" are zealots who beleive they are right and everyone else is wrong and what they do is for their "God".
It is not just about killing or dying in the name of their God either that is a problem. How many "christians" do you know who attend a religious organisation each week etc.. and pretend to be devout?? Are they?? I know many people who are very "unchristian" yet beleive that becasue they go to church each week and forgive their sins it's all ok.
Religion is another excuse for bad behaviour in my opinion.

Religion doesnt mean its a good thing or that its a belief in the One True God it is simply a set of myths or sacred truths held in reverence or believed by followers.
Not all beliefs are good and some come from some pretty disturbed people.
Read the Bible it has truth for every moral question.

Who said that religion taught killing in the name of God, no religion did, terrorism has no religion, I'm a Muslim and in Islam killing is a major sin,
A religion should not be judged based on what its misguided followers do, but based on its true teachings

Don't blame if the Law & Commandments are not followed.
Killings start when politics take place of religion.

People have killed and died in the name of democracy and freedom too. That doesn't make them bad.
Not saying religion is good, just that your logic is flawed.

Allah, doesnt exist, He died a long time ago. The only living God is Jesus, people do evil things because they dont acknowledge Jesus as their lord and savior
