I think students should be able to make their own decisions at the age of 16. When you are fifteen you fall too easy in love and at that point are extremely confused about your feelings and your hormones are going everywhere - so, at 16 yes but not sooner.

ok. you won't like each little thing i visit declare here. enable me make sparkling some thing. i like to rather be honest in my arguments. i attempt to work out all aspects. i think of it extremely is our accountability as people. at the start, i don't think of it concerns if it rather is a male or not for this question, however the reality which you purchased it up makes it sound like that bothers you. It sounds like gender bias on your section once you are trying this (would that is from now on useful for you if this replaced right into a girl?) and that is off-putting. i'm not saying it extremely is the reality, i'm merely saying it extremely is the thought. next: i don't comprehend of a community in the U.S. the place the age of consent is over 18. At 18, we are all allowed to vote, rigidity, connect the militia and supply our lives, and are completely in charge for any contracts we enter by utilising regulation. What he's doing is totally legal. That section isn't an "opinion". it rather is a actuality. Now for "evaluations": I DO think of that is unethical to this element a student you have been merely coaching 6 months in the past. There are nevertheless pupils in college that comprehend her and it creates an ecosystem that would desire to actual be construed as "too prevalent" to declare the least. i'm additionally shocked that your college would not have a coverage discouraging that form of behaviour. according to probability the administration in no way dreamed such an experience would desire to take place. It sounds like he has some intense ethical themes customarily if this would additionally be an selection for him. Thirty and Eighteen are not rather that a ways aside chronologically, however the assumption of courting all people you had considerable sway over (particularly a student) is morally "iffy". If he can not see this, he will probable have some considerable themes earlier than him.

You are probably addressing this question to other teens but I will answer with a NO, I don't think this should be legalized. It is a misuse of authority and it would (on a more simpler level) not be fair to the other kids.
for example. That is why in most places of business wives and husbands or even sometimes family members can not work in the same areas because they would prefer each other over their peers.
I don't think that a teen who is still dependent on someone else's income (living with parents) can make this kind of sound decision.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! And again, NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! 15 as much as you think you are an adult, you are not. YOu are a child. YOur teacher is your teacher. A child that has grown UP and is a young adult now and has strict guidelines to maintain. A minor has no ability to consent to anything. there are reasons for these rules. It is not the people in the relationship, it is a CHILD and an adult. Children are enamored of their teachers, it is natural. But you must admire from afar. Don't be in such a hurry to grow up. It will happen.

A 15 yer old is not near mature enough to date anyone 20 years old!!! You will do plenty of growing up in the next few years. By the time you finish high school, you will be a whole different person. You are maturing at a fast rate right now. Just be patient and give yourself time to grow up, and eventually you will be mature enough for a man of 20.

Firstly, it is unethical for a teacher to date their students.
Secondly, there are legal consequences when one dates an under 18 person. eg. If the person were to take the u18 anywhere without the consent of the parents or guardian, then it can turned to be kidnapping.
Thirdly, sex is a no,no. Sex with u18 is statuary rape.

I think it should be legal for teachers to date students at any age as long as it is not forced and the teachers do not cheat or be unfair to other students because of you. I also think you should be able to have sex with your teacher if you are at the age of consent as long as it was willingly.

Definately not, simply becos it is extremely unfair to other students. It's not just about sex, it's for the sake of justice in education. And for such a law to be permitted, it would take a very long time for society to accept it, if they ever will, and there will be a lot of tongue waggling. So really, are you prepared for that?

there are points to consider.
it can be legal if first, the parents of the underage know about it. second, if it is just a date (nothing is wrong with a date) and third if the teacher respects the age and sexuality of that boy or girl.
date is just getting to know each other. it doesn't mean that you are doing something bad.
