My bf has just rang me at work and told me dat my longterm boyfriend was caught feeling up some slag at a party we went 2 on friday. i dont know what 2 do, i feel sick 2 ma stomach dat sum1 i love and thought loved me could do this. he promised dat he wud never hurt me. i just want to curl up and cry

Tell him to shove off with the slag. Don't return any of his calls no matter how hard it is to resist. Have your friends tell him how much happier you are single...and fake it in case they mess it up for you...when he comes crawling back on hands and knees. Tell him you missed him but he has alot of making up to do guilty men will do just about anything to win you back! Trust me! Cry your heart out in private but if you love him he will be back but don't be a doormat. Sometimes men need to understand boundaries and cutting him off is punishment. It sounds cruel but it's tried and true.

unfortunately no one is perfect. im not consoling what he did, i personally find anyone who does that despicable, however i would make sure these rumours are 100% true, then confront him about it. But if it turns out to be true, then the best way to get over it is do something you love. Dance, sing, listen to music. Nothing harmful or dangerous though. and not eating, or starving or anything. It isnt your fault that he did something stupid. you arent the reason. what he did was his choice, and that choice had nothing to do with you. i know how much it hurts to be betrayed, but life does go on. good luck with everything

its ok to cry and cur up. if you want to=) you'll see you will feel better after crying. and aside from giving you a light heart you will be able to think better on how to solve it.=) talk to your bf and if he denies no matter what you do just to let him admit him, then its up to you if you give him a chance to fix your relationship or dump him.=) if you choose to forgive him then, don't give him your full trust. give yourself the benefit of doubt. there's nothing wrong with being paranoid sometimes.=)
and by the way, a good spa will help you. get yourself a pampering treatment.=) love yourself .

Talk to him about it. Sometimes its not good to over react and some people see something and misinterpeate the situation.

sit him down & have a talk w/ him, but do,nt freak out ok. remember boys will be boys, in other words it,s in his nature to act like that sometimes. I do believe he still love u .give him a chance ok.

talk to your bf about it, let the pain out, cry if you need to get the pain out. then gather all the strength and courage to confront your boyfrnd. talk to him. ask him if there is something wrong, missing or whatever it is.
