Im 18, still a virgin, never had a real boyfriend and ive gotten really close to this much older guy from work (he's 41). He's been around the block many a time and im not stupid enough to believe that we could have anythin real (even though he says he wants to be with me long term, i dont want any kind of relationship with him). He knows im...um....lacking in experience (!!) and says he wants to show me all he knows (which is a hell of a lot!!) but im not sure. Im so tempted and it might as well be wiv someone who knows what theyre doin but im just not sure........any and all advice welcome.....please help!!

Be VERY VERY careful. Office relationships are frowned upon on both sides of the Atlantic and you will probably end up being personally blamed and/or fired when you both get found out. Look at how many people revile the women in so many famous cases - Monica Lewinsky is a good example.
It is not for me to advise you one way or another but there is a kind of man who likes to prey on younger innocent women. At the very least find out more about him and his reputation by asking the other girls at work.
It sounds as if you have already discussed the possbility of a physical relationship with this man. If that is the case I expect he thinks Christmas is just around the corner. How will you feel if he tells all his workmates what a hot chick you are and how easy it was to seduce you?
Lets look at what you are really saying: you are seriously considering offering your virginity to somebody you do not want a long term relationship with. Is that REALLY what you want?

with someone who knows what he's doing? nah girl dont sell yourself short. woudl you rather that or let it be with a guy you like, so that you can enjoy the sex? enjoy your 1st time? you can do better than some guy in a mid-life crisis. even if he's into you, you're intelligent enough and strong enough to know it can never be real. besides what kinda rush are you in anyway? i'm 18 and a virgin and no i've never had a boyfriend but its only because i have better things to do than live up to the social norms of teen society today. if you're doing it because you feel like an outcast then its not worth it. but if your peer pressure gets the better of you, then you gotta do what you gotta do. i just think that its not worth it.

All I can say is that it will be fun at the time, and then you'll probably feel empty and hurt afterwards.
From experience, I've found that sex is much more fulfilling in a stable, loving relationship. Best scenario - in marriage.
And... Remember, you're just 18, there's no rush!

No NO No NO NO NO NO! Please don't do it. Please wait until you fall in love and are ready for a real romance. Sex is just sex, two animals coupling without the love. I promise you it is so much better when you are in love with someone. This old fart sees a fresh young thing to prey upon. Don't fall for this guys routine. Usually men who brag they know alot, or do alot, are liars. Really. they can be convincing but don't believe them. If he's been around the block and no one wants him that should tell you something!!!!!!! Stay true to you!!!

Yeah dont listen to him, he's just trying to sleep with you, i dont know that he cares about you either. your first time should be spacial, with someone you really care about, trust me plz i know from experience, once you make that mistake of having your first time with someone you dont love you can never take it back, and you will regret it. dont make that mistake even if your a virgin until your in your twenties or thirties believe me you will be okay with it because you waited to do it with the right person

I was with an older guy when I was 18 and he broke my heart in every way a guy can. Stay away from him, get your experience with guys who are lacking experience too, that way you can grow together.

dont be in such a hurry to give in to him,all the talk may just be that to fulfill a fantasy of taking someones virginity,why not wait till you find someone nearer your own age and who truly wants you for you and not some conquest.
