Poor ppl have less opportunities, they should benefit more from the educational system as the middle class ppl...Personally, if I was in charge, I would limit the number of students per class in poor areas to 10-15 students, I would make sure they have a free schoolbooks and a place to study, free tutoring services, guidance counsellor and scholarships...They rich ppl can pay for that.

This model was murdered 10 years ago, her killer pronounced innocent! Even though every one knew it wasn't so. case closed. 10 years later however, young collage kids, decided to do something. They went to one of most famous monuments at night and lit candles all around the place, you won't believe this there were litterly thousands of people behind them, in a protest pease marche of the story. he man was caught, charged, proven guilty beyond a shadow of doubt, and sentenced to hung by his neck till dead. How do I know, I WAS THERE WHEN THIS EVENT TOOK PLACE.
