Kevin is allright, I wouldn't go as far to say he is "awesome". On a scale of 1-10 I'd give it a 4.

I have seen the movie. It is funny in places. It even makes a couple of interesting points.

But it also complains about several things that it mistakenly believes is Catholic doctrine.

One example: An old man is being kept alive by a machine. The movie states that the Catholic Church would not allow the machine to be turned off and the man to die. This is incorrect. The Catholic Church does not require extraordinary means to be taken to keep people alive.

With love in Christ.

I am religious, and I found it funny (but the language was a bit rough).

Surprisingly, my Pastor admitted to having seen it. Claims he laughed so hard he thought he was going to pass out (he did add that he didn't think it would be a good choice for family night at the Church!

I'm not religious, but that was one of the funniest movies ever! Kevin Smith makes really good movies, except Jersey Girl.

It freaked me out. I found it to be violent in a way that was very disturbing. My husband loves it, though.

I didn't find it insulting, but I can't say I liked it too much. Kevin Smith is definitely warped in a way that makes me concerned for his sanity. How does he come up with this stuff?
