Think my celica is Hydro-Locking?

Question

I have recently put an induction kit onto my car and it was running fine. when starting it this morning its jumps and keeps stalling. think some water must have got in. but once it gets going its fine. what should i do?

i think i have sorted it. i took the air filter off and it runs smooth. the air filter is soaked so gonna dry it off and see what sort of splash gaurd i can make. cheers for the help

if it still cranks after stalling, that is not a hydro-lock....
