I'm gonna be straight up any one can be a priest or a preacher. the cross and holy water isn't much help you need to have unshakable faith. jesus once said satan cant cast out satan. we are all born in sin and that makes us all touched by satan. the only way to cast out demons is to pray to god to remove the evil spirit. if a person who isnt pure at heart and if their faith isnt strong that demon can possess them as well. its nothing to play with.

Listen carefully now: There is no such thing as a demon. That's why demonic possession simply doesn't happen.
If someone is sick, they need to see a doctor. I hope you're not preventing that from happening.

Best not to dabble in something you know nothing about. What if you just p*ss it off? Take this person to a psychiatrist. If you try to go the exorcism route, you may do irreparable damage to him or her.

Mark 9:28-30
28And when he was come into the house, his disciples asked him privately, Why could not we cast him out?
29And he said unto them, This kind can come forth by nothing, but by PRAYER and FASTING.
30And they departed thence, and passed through Galilee; and he would not that any man should know it.
Acts 19
11And God wrought special miracles by the hands of Paul:
12So that from his body were brought unto the sick handkerchiefs or aprons, and the diseases departed from them, and the evil spirits went out of them.
13Then certain of the vagabond Jews, exorcists, took upon them to call over them which had evil spirits the name of the LORD Jesus, saying, We adjure you by Jesus whom Paul preacheth.
14And there were seven sons of one Sceva, a Jew, and chief of the priests, which did so.
15And the evil spirit answered and said, Jesus I know, and Paul I know; but who are ye?
16And the man in whom the evil spirit was leaped on them, and overcame them, and prevailed against them, so that they fled out of that house naked and wounded.
17And this was known to all the Jews and Greeks also dwelling at Ephesus; and fear fell on them all, and the name of the Lord Jesus was magnified.
18And many that believed came, and confessed, and shewed their deeds.
19Many of them also which used curious arts brought their books together, and burned them before all men: and they counted the price of them, and found it fifty thousand pieces of silver.
20So mightily grew the word of God and prevailed.
It takes a person of faith to heal a person who wants to be healed and cast out demons...its not like how its depicted in the movies...crosses, holy water and ceremony...slapping someone with a Bible, dousing them with "holy" water...none of that...dangling crucifixes and spouting latin verse. I'd be very careful...tread lightly and make sure you know what you are doing with guidence of the Holy Spirit to lead you to pray for this person and yourself that you will know how to help them. A demon's whole entire goal is "to devour". Make sure your soul is not it's next meal. Love in Christ, ~J~

If you truly believe someone is possessed by a demon, you say out loud, "In the name of Jesus Christ, be gone."
You don't need rituals and rites and other superfluous things.
