I admire a women at the place i work, she is beautifull,nice and very lady like, i mean she is miss universe material but yet she is so down to earth and has no such ego, i used to go around the booth she is working just to see her, i have no intention of telling her, it was just admiring because she is so beautifull yet so down to earth, in my heart she deserves someone way better then me and thats why i kept quiet,
But now one of my collegue told her, dammit, how the hell am i gonna see her agian ? im so embarressed. how do i see her face ? now im thinking of ways of not bumping into her..

There is only one thing to do, and you CAN do it.
Talk yourself out of being embarrassed. Why should you be? Because when you are NOT embarrassed, and have not drooling over her, then you have simply complimented her generously to a co-worker. That would please anyone. All you need to do when you see her is make eye contact, smile and be on your way.
"She deserves someone way better than me". NO. Thinking like that is creepy wrong. I think what you mean is you think she would not be interested in you, which may or may not be true. But so what? It's still nice to pay someone a compliment.

if you are already half way there, I say try to go all the way. She already knows you like her. If you keep trying to avoid her and hope she forgets about it, it'll just make it even more awkward between the two of you. I say just ask her out to dinner or something. If she outright rejects you, then you'll have closure that you will never be able to.

So better you face her and tell her that you admired her and apologise. Also tell her that you mean to trouble to her and whether you two can still remain friends!

Just act as if nothing happened. She may actually have interest in you, but she will let you know by the way she acts towards you.

She was probably flattered, and she still may not know what you admire her for.
If all else fails, tell her that, she can't be anything other than flattered.
