If she tells him that he has no personality or looks that a girl wants, is she being completely honest? Or just trying to hurt him?

Well it depends. I would take it that she isnt interested though, and move on, and by the way maybe shes just being a mean cow who couldve done it in a nicer way and there will be SOME GIRL SOMEWHERE who thinks he is just perfect, or maybe the girl got totally exasperated because she tried telling the guy LEAVE ME BE and he didnt listen......
Only the guy knows, and needs to be honest with himself.

women are allways rude when they reject someone, why do you wonder there is so much players ? its because they know being nice to women only get themselves stepped upon, here is the deal, be a man, im not asking you to disrespect women but understand that the beauty and the attraction you got for her is natural and if she dont respect you for this and uses this for her ego then she is not worth it,overtime she will get hurt by another player only then she will look for the nice guy,,

She is trying to get rid of him or hurt him. If that does't work, she will come up with more stuff.
Why else would she want to say it? Just to inform him? Of course not.

usually it depends which unwritten class he is in. if hes at her same "class" (as in popular and higher) then no, shes just rejecting you. however, if you seem to be in a lower "class" than her, then she just wants to hurt your feelings and does it through rejection. good luck! :)
