The email you get will state what answer or question was the offending one. It will also give you the opportunity to dispute the report.

If you're asking who reported you, there is no way to know that.

The yahoo notification(s) of violation that you receive by email will tell you which one that has gotten you reported.
The person who reported you has the option to respond and fill out why they feel that you are in violation. Then that would be the only way to know who actually reported you.
It would show their yahoo! answers ID along with their statement/response. If they do not fill that out, then you will not know who reported you.

Last Ent Wife is right. According to Yahoo, they will also tell you if the "community" reported your answer. If one of the "trusted" members reported you and that was the reason for the deletion, they say they'll tell you that. They won't, however, tell you who it was.
