You have not explained what you mean by flighty. Is she just a social butterfly, or is she leaving you for others. If she is leaving you for others, then she does not have the same feelings for you that you have for her. If she is just a busy person with a lot of friends, you should be happy that she is so well liked. That is a good sign.
