It has been said in canine intelligence testing that the poodle is supposed to be the smartest dog so with that, you might assume the smartest dog would be the fastest picking up what makes us happy and makes us praise him and what displeases us.
Aside from all that, I would definately say it would be the one dog that you trained from a puppy that would be the easiset to housebreak. If you aquire a dog as an adult, many times people selling adult dogs are just getting rid of a problem dog and the chances the dog was not housebroken could be one of the biggest reasons for re-homing a dog.

All dogs are about equal in house training. They are all den animals by nature so use a crate to begin the training. The crate should be just large enough for the dog to stand up, turn around, and lie down. Make sure the dog is slowly introduced to the crate, if it is introduced to a crate properly it will see it as a positive place. Soon your dog will recognize the crate as a safe place or substitute den. Dogs will not potty in their den unless they are in great desperation. Make sure you walk the dog frequently when it is young. Start early in its life by walking him once every 2 hours and slowly work the time between bathroom breaks longer. Praise your dog for pottying in the correct places. DO NOT punish your dog for pottying in the house, this will only lead it to HIDE the evidence.

domicile coaching a dogs is self sustaining of its length. The technique is greater the difficulty. you are able to domicile-destroy a dogs in some days with a crate. for people who're suggesting that a smaller dogs is greater of a controversy because of the fact of bladder length additionally should represent no longer getting a domestic dog. Smaller canines are clutter-trainable, and canines that are as much as 30-35 kilos can use a doggie clutter field. Your question might desire to result around lifestyles form, climate, workout, excitability, temperament, and obedience coaching. as an example, in case you do no longer choose a dogs it is often attempting out its status in the kin, are not getting an Australian livestock dogs, or in case you do no longer choose a dogs that barks plenty, get a basenji. learn the important questions. domicile coaching is the easy area.

Most of the dogs my family has had (although they were mostly just one specific breed) pretty musch housebreak themselves; there was very little fuss to be made. If you are asking about this, though, I wonder how much time you are willing or able to invest in a pet. All dogs are different, after all. Are you sure you want one? Cats are easier....
