so me and my ex bf broke up. when our break up was still fresh we were still flirting and stuff cuz i guess we just miss each other? i dont know
but anyways, that faded and we didnt talk for like 4 months. the last thing i heard from him is that he likes somebody already. i heard him say that on speaker when he was talking to my cousin. and so after i heard him say that i totally avoided him, deleting his number his email pictures and stuff.
so yeah, we didnt talk for like 4 months. and just today he IMed me. saying whats up and asking if i found somebody new and stuff like that. and of course i asked him back. he said NO. that after me he didnt like anybody else. and i said "i thought u moved on" and he said "i never really did" and then he said he needed to leave for work so we said our goodbyes. after a few hrs he texted me saying whats up.
then later this night, he sees me OL and IM's me but i pretended not to be there
like wtf. i dnt understand. y all of a sudden he does this

have u ever considered that the guy might still have feelings for u..?or maybe he still wants u to b great friends with u........hes looking for comfort girl by the looks of it i think hes confused n needs sumone.........so dnt push him away........if u dnt hav feelings for him tell him........and that u think u sud jst be friends............

if he likes somebody already, could that somebody be you? secondly, maybe he would want to tell you that he has found a girl already, but couldn't bring it up front, so maybe what he decided to do was to bring the topic up to make it fresh. Then after bringing it up, perhaps he'll bring it up again some other day when you become more tolerant of it, so maybe this is actually an opening move for him to tell you that he has a new girl. Third possibility is that he has all of a sudden become a playboy. But I wouldn't count on that. Another is he just misses you along with the gross disregard or a sudden "amnesia" that he has a new girl in mind, you know, some kind of a last "flirting" with you so you two would have a pleasant, if not proper closure. Or, going back to theory 1, it could be you, maybe he's coming back for you... but really, the situation you have is quite vague. A bit of a non-violent confrontation with him could work, but it's really up to your gut feeling.

listen my dear i dont wanna be rude but i have to ask you why did you break up with him if you still flirt with him?it is silly. the thing is he will not say something just to say it, you were fun for him even after you broke up and he thought he can still have you whenever he wants because you let him think that. he will continue the relationship he started with that other girl and you will be his back up that all.
be smart find somebody else as he did and forget about about him because it is over. don t be his toy

What you heard from your cousin's speaker was the male pride talking... Guys don't want to admit that they actually have feeling to another person... From a guy's perspective, it just feel weird discussing something like that to other people... for example, do you you have feeling for such and such...
Most guys haven't develope how to answer those question correctly...

It's called high school drama mamma! He is with somebody new but doesn't like what he got himself into....so he reverts back to what's comfortable....you.
Next thing you know...you're back together only to find out he has a crush on somebody new and leaves you for them...
It's a crazy cycle.
