If it's not at the right temperature, it will slightly melt(being COOLED below freezing temperatures...of course.) That's like putting ice in the fridge. If it's being cooled at freezing temperatures, then of course it will stay frozen. ???
I guess you're trying to see how many morons are out there by asking this question.

Melt? Ice is already frozen so when you cool it more, it just freezes more..LOL..
