Am I right in saying that Toyota blundered when it comes to the new Sequoia? I was waiting on the edge of my seat to see it when it finally came out........and I was very very very disappointed!!!!!! It's back to the Denali for me.

oh goodness was it disappointing!!! I do not like the new look!!! However, I don't like the new Highlander either.

The Sequoia looks like a Tundra from the front and the highlander/vomit from the back..

The Toyota. The sequoia has more torque though and that is where you get power not HP. Hp gives you top end speed and ability to get there while torque is what gives you the performance. In 5 years the resale will be close even with the price difference also. The toyota has 5 lb's more of torque and is lighter so woll perform better and of course as being a Toyota regular maintenance and no repairs for at least 4-5 years. (anything major) and has longer warranty. If leasing has higher residual then the high priced rover too. If they cost thesame you would pay less amonth for Toyota if leased.

I'll never own another GM vehicle after my fiasco with my 2006 Chevy Cobalt. Car is in the shop more than I get to drive it, its only a year old and its been in the shop for 4 months out of that year.

I'm trading in my cobalt in January for a 2008 Toyota Tundra or as soon as its built and arrives on the lot.

Sorry to say, Denali burns more gas, has more problem, Toyota is much more reliable in turns of everything. The new style looks like Tundra in the front and QX56 mix with LX570 in the back.

No and if you want to pay money where you can get land cruiser for a low resale vehicle that gets terrible gas (GMC) and is not high rated vehicle, then good luck withj Dennali.
