Fireman carry would be the best if you can get them off of the ground. You might have to take it is stages if they are on the ground and its only you trying to get them up onto your shoulders. Try sitting them up first then onto a chair with you kneeling then standing them up onto your shoulders.

For a girl you say? I'd have to say piggy back. A gal's center of gravity is positioned on her navel between the hips and not between her chest like a guy's(women carry babies for 9 months in their belly) so a fireman's carry would make her lose balance since she doesn't have a guy's upper body strength to keep her from keeling over due to the top heavy load.

1- make sure you penetrate deep enough on the fireman's, make sure you have good position and a good deep grip on his upper arm. if the guy is that much heavier than you, perhaps the fireman's is not your best bet for a takedown. try a single leg changeover. I was never a huge fan of fireman's so you are probably asking the wrong person anyway. try a single leg or changeover if you can. (presuming its not a set drill).
2- as for "piggy back". pay a homeless guy to carry him to prevent back strain on you.

Fireman's carry, you place his weight over your center of gravity.
Piggy back would puts strain on your back and weight behind you, by placing the person in a fireman's carry position, you distribute the weight directly over you and make it a whole lot easier to carry since the weight is over your center.
Hope that helps.

Use the fireman carry because it demands the guy to stand particularly right away as a result putting the burden at as quickly as down the returned to the ft. Piggy returned pulls the guy backwards and you will possibly desire to lean forward to counterbalance. it is likewise much less complicated for the guy to apply one hand for different issues - retaining on and so on - whilst making use of the fire mans carry

Fireman's carry. With piggyback it's really hard if person isn't fully conscious...easier to hold onto person 2nd way.
