The characteristic I find most difficult to work with in a person at the work force is Jealousy(Sales)

Nelgin makes a good point, the person who wraps their job so tight around them that when they go on vacation the work cannot be done. They think they are protecting their work but it never works out that way.

But the 3 forbidden subject speakers are the ones I have to shy away from. Even if you may agree with the conversation, it can be overhead by someone in power who does not "like" the subject or disagrees adamantly. (3 topics are sex, politics and religion)

The worst are those that is "always right". They will insist on doing it their way, even if they are not right. And if you show it to them how incorrect they are. They hate you. So you always lose when working with them.

Plus, due to their way of working, bosses like them. As they are good at putting a good image to boss. They get people that do not want to have conflict to the dirty work of picking up after them, while they do all the high profile stuff.

Well said Nelgin! I can't stand people who keep information to themselves to make themselves look better! Very annoying.

Also, I can't stand passive aggressive people. They sit there quietly, seem to get along with others, but they make NO compromises and are as unmovable as mountains.

The worst kind of person is the one who knows how to do something that you need to do, but wont tell you how to do it but insists on doing it themselves.

If that makes sense? I can't deal with people like that. We grow by sharing what we know and helping others grow themselves not by keeping knowledge to ourselves.

l agree with nelgin.There are the odd few in the work place who just don't want other workers to know certain aspects of a job.Reason being,to make it look as though their employer just cannot do without them.
