Here is the thing though, your first time sex will not and cannot be perfect. It is more than likely it will be painful for her, no matter the size of your penis. The most important thing is for her to be relaxed (she can try having a long very hot bath to relax her muscles first), and very lubed. They say a girl needs to be 'wet', well 'wet' is not a joke, she needs to actually be WET as if liquid was poured into/onto her. It is much better if it is her natural lubricant.
Also, be gentle. Do not just go in and start thrusting away, give her some time to become used to the size of you, it is likely she has never even experienced anything inside her other than a tampon if she uses them, or maybe her finger, or a gynaecologists finger. It may even take several attempts to fully enter her.

Oh, and I shouldn't need to say this but USE A CONDOM! She should also be on the pill if you are having sex and don't want children, one form of contraceptive is not safe enough!
Use a condom for your first time even if you do want to conceive, it will be cleaner for her, I'm sure the last thing she will want to do is be wiping your semen out of her vagina which will more than likely already by sore and tender from being penetrated for the first time.

Well I hear that sex is always painful for a virgin girl. Besides the average American circumference is 5 to 6". =\ SO I think your fine.
