about "Tom". The statement "I can't believe in a god that would allow" -innocent people being killed by His will., Or-by a God that would allow war, famine, floods, hurricanes, etc.etc. Since you can't accept or believe in God, who or what is to blame for such things? Mankind? If you feel it's due to mankind, then you obviously can't blame God. If there is no such thing as God, God can't be faulted or blamed for anything. If plants, animals, and eventually man, are all due to evolution-how did evolution start and why? Following the line of evolution=man coming about by such, why isn't the starting point of man (evolution) accountable for mans actions? You reject a God that would allow such. If evolution, cosmic forces-whatever, is to be credited, shouldn't the opposite hold true too? Some brought chemistry, science, biology, etc. into the equation. How, why, did such come into being? If reasons/blame for problems has to go somewhere, where does it go? To a God that doesn't exist??

Abiogenesis (there is no reason or intent behind it)

I read the answers. It is strange, people cannot understand.

God is real, and He loves you (even if you are the most naughty child in the world, or the most wicked adult). He knows all your weaknesses and struggles, and even if you go wrong (even in a big way) He still loves you. What He does not love is the wrong you have done – but He still loves you. He will never ‘turn His back’ on the person who is sorry and asks for help to be put right again – never! Even if everyone else does, and nobody else understands, He does, and He will never leave you even if you leave Him from time to time.

It is strange, even after looking above, around and below, they deny God. I mean, looking at the Sky, Sun, moon, Stars, Earth,Plants, animals, insects, Trees, Flowers, fruits, stones and so on. Best thing is to ask them to make just one of them, as none of these things are made by themselves. If thats true, then why cant with the passage of time, after so mnay years of life on Earth, anothr Sun, Moon and Earth should have been formed.

Quran is full of such evidences and questions. A very interesting Book to read all about Science, Way of life, Stories of Prophets and Life After Death.

May God show them the Right Path.

No Atheist blames any god because they don't believe in a god.

And yes, mankind is responsible for much suffering. But other things like sickness are not caused by mankind but by things like genetic mutations, bacteria, virus', etc.

I do NOT reject your god. I lack a belief in your god. Get your definitions right or you simply humiliate yourself.

And for the billionth time, no one knows why those things came into being. Just because no one knows does NOT automatically default to a gods existance. You wanting easy answers instead of learning to accept that you may never know the answer, does NOT mean a god exists.

Stop trying to blame something for bad things happening. Sometimes bad things just happen. It sucks but they do.

If you believe in God then God is at least indirectly responsible for the horrible things that have happened. Its kind of like if you watched someone get beated to death and did nothing to prevent it. you are somewhat responsible for that death. you would be held accountable for your inaction. for sure there would be some punishment through our court system. well God sits back and watches these things happen when he has the ability to do something. science on the other hand doesn't, a theory doesn't have cognitive thought. in evolution man is to blame. the only people to blame are the people directly and indirectly involved. you can only blame the perpetrators and the people who could have but did nothing to stop it from happening.

Youth groups aren't a replacement for going to school. I suggest you go to class. Especially English class

War is man's fault
Famine is man's fault if it was the result of bad farming but nature if it was unavoidable
Floods and Hurricanes are Nature's doing

You clearly do not understand evolution in any way and only see it as some sort of obstacle to your religion.

The best advice I can give you is to eliminate all gods from your mind, delete them. Do the research, become educated, elevate your intelligence and use it. It is clear that you need to do so.
Consider:
Ever since mankind evolved to the level where he could think and get ideas, he has invented one god or another as a protector. There have been LOADS of them. The current gods, and there are many more than one, in favour globally are equally as man-made. Why should you think that the more recent (recent? thousands of years ago!) are any different. Once you start to think logicaly, nothing of any religion adds up. None of it makes any sense.

As an atheist, I don't blame god for our troubles (since god does not exist). So, as confused as your question/statement was, in this respect you're right (at least if that's what you were trying to express).

But we can hold those who believe in god for much of the world's troubles. Believers continue to mess all sorts of things, not the least of which is their attempt to confuse education with their insideous "intelligent design" offering.

Why do you need to blame anything in the first place?

I do not believe it is possible to prove God or any god 100% exist. I am agnostic. That does not mean I walk around blaming something else for unfavourable things happening.

If the concept of God didn't exist, there would be no religions, and hopefully a lot less killing - or maybe people would find other reasons to act like jerks to each other.

Evolution does not disprove God - it disproved Creationism.

Quality seems to be the answer for your desire. But hoping that superiority would not lead you to sarcastic leadership.

Evolution as usual have started in the beginning as it was as it had been... ancient people have resolved that the deity shall be called God... and if they have chosen it to be me, it would have been me till the end of time, but they have chosen it to be God. Peace.

"God" is not a good enough answer for me I guess.

I need something more than a Kindergarten answer.

I don't believe in Santa or the Easter Bunny anymore, and God went with it.

"God" is an excuse for a feeble mind.

I'm not saying I have the answers yet. But I certainly know for a fact that none of the Earth's religions have any answers either.
