i have Umax astra slim 600 scanner which i bought almost three years ago. now i have installed vista and scanner is not responding at all where can i find driver for this scanner.

Best guess: Your scanner is too old for the manufacturer to even bother writing Vista drivers for it.
Check on the Umax website first, if no Vista drivers, buy a new scanner. That's what Vista is for, to sell new hardware.

you can use the camera and scanner wizard or you can search the website of your scanner to get a driver and an application that is supported by vista
