In Spanish "The Outsiders" translates as "Los forasteros" if you mean foreigners and "Los desplazados" if you mean displaced persons, out of their place.
In Italian "The crashers " translates with "I contestatori violenti" that's literally is "violent protesters (demonstrators)" if you mean someone like the people that during protests or riots are crashing whichever they find on their way (same as "les casseurs" in French). In Italy we associate this word also with the English term "Black Blocks" very renowned here for the Genoa G8's summit in July 2001.

Italian, if you mean crasher, somebody who enter uninvited it's : intrufolato (verb : intrufolarsi), infiltrato (infiltrarsi)
Ex.:
That guy wasn't invited. He just crashed the party.
Quello lì non era invitato. Si è intrufolato nella festa.
The Crashers : gli intrufolati, gli infiltrati (from : to penetrate, to infiltrate)

Los Forasteros
