How to maintain good relationship between my wife & my mother?

As usual, there are few misunderstanding between my wife and mother. How can I manage to maintain both the relationship always better? Please advice friends.

Talk to both and know their views. then decide by yourself. take advice from many but decision should be yours, since u need both of them.

You have to respect and revere your mother, but your household belongs to you and your wife.
You must look after your mother, and assist her as needed... especially as she gets older.
You need to intercede between your wife and mother if your mother tries to come in and run your household.
Your mom can't boss your wife around.
You must support your wife and take her side as long as she is just.
Your mom is a good resource when you and your wife have children, but should not be allowed to call the shots in your marriage.
