I don't even try.
I just wait.
What comes around - goes around.
Most just end up shooting them selves in the foot, so to speak.
You reap what you sew.

Indifference means that you do all the dirty work. The person that makes you do it get all the credit as things work. So you will forever be the lamb. The best way is get even. If you win, good. If not, the other party will think twice to try to push things to you.
Of course you must be careful not to turn too negative, as nobody like negative people.
I am in a get even war now, and I am losing. :) however, it sure make your office life interesting. Just try not to bring them home.

I think that people can get even with another person and make another person's life just miserable. People can even be driven to commit suicide.
The thing about revenge is...that the person trying and succeeding in getting even expends energy...therefore, damaging his/herself in the process.
It's better to do nothing. When I've been hurt by others, I try not to do anything anymore, because revenge takes too much toll on myself.

The best revenge is to move on with your own life, collect happy times and gradually forget the person and whatever they did wrong to you.
Dwelling on revenge means we have to take ourselves to an unhappy place every day, instead of looking forward and improving our lives.
And what could be worse for someone who thinks they have power in your memories to forget them totally?
Cheers :-)

no, i don't think so.
because number one, two wrongs don't make a right. and number two, you get what you give.
so if someone does you wrong and you want to revenge, your doing is also in the wrong. so sooner or later that's going to come back and bit you in the butt from another source. then the vicious cycle begins once again.
otherwise, if not, what is getting even anyhow?

Well, there are two perspective ways into this question ! Example 1 - To person/s who is addicted to sabotaging others in his/her own pleasure.. Give them a life ! Because what goes round comes round ! Example 2 - To rapist/s.. Well, depends on which ground you are standing on.. *** Does these two answers helps you to justify acts accordingly ? : )

Nope. Not really. So it's usually not worth the time to even try.

If need be, yes. She who laughs last, laughs best, and I love to laugh. It helps that I'm easily amused. Revenge for me, may be sweet, but it's never harmful.

The opposite of love is not hate, it is indifference. When you become indifferent to something, you have won.
