i searched wedmd.com and found diclofenac / voltaren. it is used for different kinds of arthritis, migraine headaches, dental pain, and so on. if you need more information search webmd.com drugs / treatment.
Diclofenac is used to relieve pain, swelling (inflammation), and joint stiffness caused by arthritis. Reducing these symptoms helps you do more of your normal daily activities. This medication is known as a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID).

Diclofenac (Voltaren) is an anti-inflammatory medication for relief of swelling, pain, and stiffness of arthritis. I've taken it twice a day for 17 years and if I miss one dose, I will not be able to walk before the day is gone.

It's a prescription anti inflammatory, non narcotic, for pain. Like Advil, Aleve. NSAID non steroid anti inflammatory drug class.
