If it has stayed frozen then it is not spoiled but I sincerely doubt if it is "good." I would not waste my time cooking it, get another one.

My husband is an Executive Chef, and he would say to throw it out! Its probably freezer burnt and nasty!
Your better off buying a new one, and if you would like some recipes, or tips, let me know, and ill make sure he gives you some nice ones!

Your freezer should have a chart in it to let you know how long certain foods are good for.

any bird is trash after 3-6 months.(depending on condition of freezer) I mean if you are starving, eat it.

If you cannot rememebr when, then it is likely freezerburned and not good. Look and see it it has a date printed on it - some do. If it is over a year old, likely it's not good anymore.
